We’re so glad we chose Rose City for our minisplit replacement. They exceeded our expectations at every step: They were courteous, clear, and friendly in their communication, including when we asked dozens of questions about our options. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up, honestly better than any other contractors we’ve worked with! Their quote was also the most competitive (lowest cost!) of the five we received from different companies. On the surface it seemed like their quote didn’t include everything the competitors did, but after we asked more questions we realized that wasn’t the case. The quotes they email over just look less detailed that some of the big private equity HVAC companies that unnecessarily itemize every tiny detail. We’re planning on working with Rose City for our ongoing minisplit maintenance, too, because we’ve been so happy with them!

Ryan was on time, respectful, knowledable, and great to work with. We recently had another contractor (not rose city) who tried to pressure us to replace our system with various scare tactics after we signed up through a promotion for a furnace tune up. Instead we went to Rose City for a second opinion. Ryan checked our furnace and found while old, the system was completely safe to use. He was communicative, and provided excellent service. We plan to run our furnace until it stops, and then we will look to Rose City first on options for replacement. I'd recommend Rose City to anyone for transparent pricing, great service, and a trustworthy service.
